Decatur
Historic city of homes, schools, churches and a thriving business community located between downtown Atlanta and Stone Mountain. Founded in 1823, This second oldest municipality in the Atlanta area and DeKalb County seat is an investor's favorite for flipping or holding.

Eastside Atlanta
Along the East Marta line on the way to Decatur from Atlanta, and includes Kirkwood, Reynoldstown, Edgewood and East Atlanta Village. Historic, trendy neighborhoods that have already "turned" are mixed with up and coming areas ripe for investment.

Northwest Atlanta
Moments from I-75, I-285, Cumberland Mall, the Galleria shopping and business hub, and the Chattahoochee National Forest recreation area. Great shopping, great restaurants, and quick access to almost any place in Atlanta are all close at hand.

Southeast Atlanta
Cyclorama, Grant Park, Zoo Atlanta all within walking distance of each other and prime investment neighborhoods. Among the first Atlanta areas to gentrify, there's still plenty of investment opportunities. Hot areas include Lakewood, Grant Park, Turner Field.

Southwest Atlanta
Southwest Atlanta includes Atlanta University Center (AUC), 100 year old bungalows for under $100,000! Atlanta's Beltline project will be cutting though. Most neighborhoods were developed from 1900 through the 1940’s. Beautiful architecture... especially in historic West End.

Tri-Cities
Formed by East Point, College Park and Hapeville cities. While only a short distance from metro Atlanta, quiet neighborhoods, shady streets and locally-owned businesses give it a real small town feel. Yet the city and airport are only a walk away from Marta.

West Atlanta
Bright spots are popping up due to a wave of investment in this Atlanta area. Of particular note is the Candler-Smith Historic Warehouse District, which houses commercial, artist, and residential lofts. The Candler-Smith Historic Warehouses are now known as "The Metropolitan".
